CPL Southeast Tampa laboratory was established as a diagnostic provider in 1995. In the Tampa Bay area, we have a number of conveniently located patient service centers and additional sites continue to be added. Our patient service centers are clean and comfortable, and our caring staff is courteous and strives to provide no wait service. If you draw in-house, we offer multiple daily specimen pick-up times. Our couriers are highly trained phlebotomists or medical assistants and are available to assist your staff with specimen collection or processing questions. We also have a staff of traveling phlebotomists for your patients that are homebound or in a living facility. Because of this mobile coverage, you only have to look to one lab for your patient needs.
Our lab is CLIA certified and accredited by COLA. All of our staff are properly licensed and have extensive experience. We have state-of-the-art instruments that enable us to provide prompt accurate results.
Our goal is to provide routine lab results the business morning after specimen collection and for stat tests, within two hours. We have a state-of-the-art lab information system that gives us a number of a number of report delivery options for your convenience. You can receive reports by telefax, in-office printing or web retrieval. A separate customer service department is staffed with personnel that are highly qualified to answer your laboratory questions. In addition, a physician liaison will be assigned to your office for assistance. At CPLSE Tampa, we make sure that you can talk to a real person for your laboratory needs. Being on hold and dealing with multiple labs to track down reports costs physician offices thousands of dollars each year. Our goal is to stream line the laboratory process and save you time. For most practices, we can become the only lab you have to deal with--saving you valuable time and money.
